This is a rare 1940's vintage sewing pattern Butterick 6500 for a Santa Claus suit costume. The 13 piece pattern includes a hooded coat with a belt and pants that they called "leggings" in the description, but look more like fuller jogger pants with elastic at the waist and the hem.
