Work jacket, made in London, with cotton sail-cloth — a hard-wearing but soft canvas — from Scotland, and horn buttons from the Midlands. The work jacket fits true to size — but note that it is one of the more short jacket styles. This is cotton, but with elements which are not cotton. The sleeve-lining, for instance, and the buttons, of course. As such, it is best washed by hand in lukewarm water, or dry cleaned. If a machine must be used, a cold wash and no tumble-drying is the only option.
